New Android Browsers Hands-on

Here's a quick video review of the SkyFire 2.0 and Mozilla Fennec (pre-Alpha) browsers running on a Google Nexus One.



A pair of new browsers for Google's Android OS were launched this week. We get our hands on the SkyFire 2.0 browser with Flash video support, and the FireFox Mobile (aka Fennec) browser, with FireFox Weave Sync built

Samsung Galaxy A and LG's LG-SU950 unveiled in Korea





















Introducing three new Android handsets for the Korean market.
First the LG-LU2300 and LG-SU950. Both of these will feature a 3.5" WVGA display, DivX playback, 3.5mm headphone jack, DMB mobile TV, multimedia playback and will be released in May / June period in Korea.

Next is the Samsung Galaxy A, also known as the SHW-M100S. It is available now from SK Telecom, and features:
  • Android 2.1 OS;
  • 3.7" WVGA AMOLED display;
  • 720MHz CPU;
  • mobile TV onboard;
  • DivX playback;
  • 5 megapixel camera;
  • HD video recording;
  • A-GPS;
  • Bluetooth and Wi-Fi

Now first Vodafone-branded Android handset

This is the Vodafone 845, the first Android-powered handset to bear Vodafone branding on it. It will be available for purchase in the UK next month, and has the following key features:
